Mason County Recent Arrests is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking file.

For a sheriff record, the published custodian is Sheriff Ryan R. Swolsky. Requests may be sent to Swolsky71@masonkysheriff.gov or Custodian of Records, P.O. Box 502, Maysville, KY 41056. Describe the record with enough detail to locate it. Emergencies belong with 911.
Bond and Release Matters
MCDC and the Mason Circuit Court Clerk divide bond tasks by time and bond type. During posted weekday business hours, Mason charge cash bonds are handled at the clerk at 100 W. Third Street, then the receipt goes to MCDC. After hours, weekends, and holidays, MCDC publishes a separate exact-cash process at the jail. Property bonds remain with the clerk. Confirm all terms directly before traveling or paying because a court order and the county of origin can change the route.
Where Else to Look
Use the official source that matches the question:
- The MCDC roster for current local custody.
- The arresting sheriff or police department for its arrest report.
- The Mason Circuit Court Clerk for a court case and disposition.
- Kentucky DOC and KOOL for state custody.
- VINELink for supported release or transfer notifications.
